It just doesnt work

The previous version was stable but this one just stops responding after a few moves. They seem to have added an ad on the front screen inviting us to look at their other apps. They should look at this app themselves first before trying to get more customers.

And their support is just a joke. No info at all about the app, or how to get help with it - just another ad.
